Well, for those of you that have been checking out our website, if it seems like a long time since we have updated it, you are right! Alot has been going on for all of us. Between families, work, band(s) and many other things, we have been busy. So where do we start? We had the opportunity to play for a Bluegrass Gospel benefit to support the Relay for Life in Vincennes. The show was at the Red Skelton Theatre. What a great place! Good crowd and they raised over $2,000. It is always great to help support great causes. We also just attended Itchin' to Pick at the Gault House in Louisville, KY. Great place to go jam and meet great pickers (even the stick man! sorry, inside joke)
Looking out to this Spring and Summer, we are looking forward to seeing all of our friends and fellow pickers at our upcoming gigs. Check out our Schedule page to see where we are going to be and we all hope to see you there!

Cary Allen Fields, the host of the Fields of Bluegrass Radio Show out of Indianapolis has given our new CD Bittersweet rave reviews (see our guest page) and is going to start playing it on his show sometime in October. Visit his website (on our links page) and you can listen to his show over the web.
Well it has been a busy time for Fields of Home. We recently had the opportunity to play at Little Grantville again for the third time. We appreciate the Grants having us up there again.
We have been recently contacted by the folks at the Opry House in Mitchell, IN. We are working out a schedule to appear their in January 2008. Keep an eye on our schedule page.
The next thing up for us is the SWIBA Bluegrass Festival on October 13th. See our schedule page for a link to their site. Hope to see you all there!

Finally, after many hours of hard work, our CD is off and being printed. Thanks to all involved from the recording to the artwork. Most of all thanks to our families. Without you none of this would be possible. Catch us at one of our shows to get a copy, or contact us to order one for delivery.
